For project management. The free version is great. Other options: ClickUp, Trello
Team Communication, Client Communication
How your form looks matters - that's why I love Typeform. Other options: Fillout, Google Forms
Everyone needs a free Zapier account. Zapier helps tools connect that don't natively connect
Password sharing tool. Don't give your passwords to your team. Make them a user in the system OR use a password sharing tool.
PRODUCTIVITY

Screensharing - great for client interfacing, recording lessons, recording SOPs
Meeting AI Notetaker - records video and takes amazing notes to send to participants
If you're going to make fillable PDFs for your courses, this is the best tool. It's not free, but worth it. Free alternative - Docfly
METRICS & TRACKING
Understand where your website traffic is coming from, track conversions and engagement. Option that's not free but easier to use: Fathom Analytics
Install this on all of your landing pages and website to see how your users are interacting with your content. More in-depth option: Crazy Egg
Ad tracking and attribution. If you want to scale your ads, relying on data the platforms are giving you won't be enough. Programs like Hyros are up to 200% more accurate than ad platforms.
SALES FUNNEL
For customer journey mapping. Having a visual of your customer journey is key! Other options: Canva, Lucidchart
Email marketing - the most robust system out there. Other options: Flodesk, Kit
The way your checkout looks directly affects conversion! Make it count. Other options: Samcart, SendOwl
Timers on your pages + emails make a huge difference - timers that generate for specific users are even better!
The most robust quiz making software. Other options: Involve.me, Typeform
Proof is a little pop up that tells your audience who's bought from you rcently - creating FOMO.
WEBSITE
All in one website builder. To me, this is the gold standard. Build your website, landing pages, email marketing, podcast, course and more. Top tier customer service.
Great inexpensive way to build a website. Using the Elementor plugin makes it easy for beginners.
Free website chatbot - you NEED one if you don't have it!
Embed your Instagram (or YouTube) feed on your website.
